Charlotte Jones Anderson
Charlotte is the Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer. Working there since 1989, she oversees all strategies and applications surrounding the team’s brand as it is presented to fans worldwide. Her vision and direction guides the Cowboys in brand marketing, fan engagement, stadium design, entertainment, license apparel, cause marketing, and community relations. In 2012 Charlotte was named Chairman of the NFL Foundation and is responsible for spearheading the NFL efforts in youth football participation, health and safety, and community outreach. She is the first woman to serve in this capacity. In 2014 she was appointed to the first NFL Conduct Committee, which endorses the new personal conduct policy for all NFL players and employees. Charlotte also served as the Chairman of the Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board from 2010-2014 where she introduced the National Red Kettle Campaign at halftime of the Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game. This campaign has raised over two billion dollars since inception.
